read is stored in the open, so you can see exactly what the system took from the page.
Those elections are written into the Cycle 2 template that matches the Cycle 1 you uploaded. Nothing is defaulted, inferred, or re-argued: an empty election transfers as empty, and what the sponsor checked is the answer.
